Stuart, Thanks for the feedback. #1 is the image. #2 is simply an illustration of how simple it is to separate the image into areas that need to be sharpened creatively and others that are not sharpened at all. It is part of the Nik tools that helps one to clearly see what one is actually doing. Before, when I used sharpening in Photoshop, I always had a hard time clearly seeing what I actually did.
