Mixalis Posted August 23, 2013 Share #1 Posted August 23, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I am not sure if the painting or the parent disappearing into the foliage caused the tantrum, but clearly not everyone is impressed. Taken in a quiet corner of Chora, Mykonos, with Leica Monochrom and 75mm APO Summicron. Welcome, dear visitor! EddieB Posted August 24, 2013 Share #5 Posted August 24, 2013 Mike Great moment caught there. Tones, composition and sharpness excellent. That Monochrom is proving to be a real pal, I think!
Mixalis Posted August 24, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted August 24, 2013 Mike Great moment caught there. Tones, composition and sharpness excellent. That Monochrom is proving to be a real pal, I think! A pal indeed. I am currently in the Greek islands and brought the Monochrom as a sort of perverse choice: Greece in black and white isn't an obvious choice. But I have bonded with the MM like no other camera and I really love it. I expected a big learning curve (and maybe that is to come) but I don't think anyone should be put off by this. Out of the box, this thing produces brilliant results. Thanks Mike
