Thank you all for your kind comments. Several of you have commented about the reflections. One good thing about using a long (say 280 or 400mm) Telyt for pictures of wildfowl on lakes is the low angle of view. This causes the far bank to be reflected from the water. A high angle of view from a steep bank causes the sky to be reflected in the water. The plain sky is much less interesting and I'm afraid I have too many of this type of photograph in my files.
