fotografr Posted June 5, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 5, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had a great lunch today at a new Italian restaurant in town. Chef Salvatore has put everything he has into this place but it's in a bad location and I doubt he'll make it. Meanwhile, I'll continue to go there and get great food. The chef is a heck of a nice guy, but I probably have a bias, being Italian myself. If you're ever in the Madison area, just get in touch with me and we'll visit Naples 15. xalo Posted June 5, 2013 Share #4 Posted June 5, 2013 (edited) Brent, that's really a very strong series, seems to me to tell much about Chef Salvatore, his skills, values and place. Perhaps he/you could use it for advertising purposes or a news item in a local journal or on some web site etc.? Sure he should have one of those images in the restaurant Cheers, Alexander P.S.: Seeing your site, I realize that my 'suggestion' may be by far and large overtaken by reality... well, the pics scream for going public. A miller Posted June 6, 2013 Share #8 Posted June 6, 2013 excellent series. He sounds like he has the right recipe on many levels. And he has you for PR!
Photoskeptic Posted June 6, 2013 Share #9 Posted June 6, 2013 Brent, I was Italian in another life, LOL. Great series of shots. I'd go almost anywhere for good Italian food, but unfortunately Madison is not on my "must visit list". My father was stationed there during WWII and said it was the coldest weather he had ever experienced.
fotografr Posted June 6, 2013 Author Share #10 Posted June 6, 2013 Thanks much everyone. Perhaps he/you could use it for advertising purposes or a news item in a local journal or on some web site etc.? . Great idea. I emailed him these photos for his Facebook page and plan to make a large print of the first one for his restaurant. My father was stationed there during WWII and said it was the coldest weather he had ever experienced. And that has not changed--even with global warming. stuny Posted June 6, 2013 Share #13 Posted June 6, 2013 Brent - A terrific set, the favorites of mine being 2 & 5. Be certain to give as much word-of-mouth advertising as you can about the place.
