Back to film....Just had my M3 clad, Tri-X being delivered today. I've been shooting with M9 for several years and like it, but I miss the quality of the film images I got some years ago. Problem, for me, is processing. I've got a couple of options, but would like any suggestions you folks might have...aside from home processing, which I'm not able to handle right now. As long as I can get reliable developing, I can scan negatives, with Nikon scanner and Epson 4990.

Hints and tips welcome.

M3, M4, M9, iiif...

This was where I used to send my colour film but they have decided to up sticks to Canada, lots of people on the Leica forum send film there, if it is cheap for you to mail to them you will get wonderful results

Time for some nature.

Gary

wonderful, Gary.  But I think you could pop the contrast a bit more in order to depend the blacks that pop the colors

Madagascar - tamatave

Ilford XP2 - MP 50mm (crop 6X7)

this is really wonderful

Suspicion On the High Street - 1988(!)  Rescanned an old neg today out of curiosity (as one does) - Pentax ME Super, 50mm Pentax-M f1.7, FP4.

PS - I still have the Pentax outfit...

love this one, Keith.  Great light

A plane and a palm tree. It is holiday season after all (the Santa-less one, I mean).

I really like this one, Philip.  I think that the shadows particularly in the tree trunk could be deepened a bit.  But I really like the shot and the exposure is spot on
