Pre-dating even the brick, the rock, too, continues to stand as a bulwark against the ravages of "inovation."..............Except, of course, in how it is used.

Ha, Sharif, I see you like the gravel-yards too... next time we ask Philipus if we can borrow his shift adapter lest we don't  have to cut off the cranes... 🙄

Warning! Protocol Violation! Digital Images!

But taken with Leica C, and involving a film camera :)

For the past few years I have, when perusing various photography Blogs,  noted that the "Ultimate Point and Shoot Camera" question has provided considerable grist for the mill......as well as much debate and frustration. Not to mention absurdity in pricing for the main contenders to the championship. I laughed as I considered my entry into the fray.

Just back from DAG, I give you........"The Ultimate Point And Shoot Camera." And smaller than many, as well as much less in cost (years ago when I purchased.)

That's an amazing photograph, especially when viewed in its lightbox.

The TriX is loaded and it will be in my back pocket as I take my evening stroll. According to  DOF on lens, locked at infinity, everything from 4 meters to infinity will be in focus, at f16. We will see.
