Venice Beach 2016 Leica, 50mm, Yellow filter, Silvermax 100 One of my favorite Wright takes at the right moment. Classic, like a Durer woodcut, a calculation of perspective. Stark asymmetry, so Venice Beach, bright and clean light. The twin palms, echoing the chain lines of the rings, the arms, the legs of the playtime gymnast. Surely, one of Venice Beach's muscle men lifted her to the rings.
