I am not sure that this makes the cut, and think that a longer lens (e.g., my 180mm sonar and 6x9) might be more effective at what i was after....

Well, Klaus, I have been Googling, Binging, and Wiki-whatever-ing--swearing off all of them merchandising consumer footprints--and still wading through the favored Oxford English Dictionary, I can't get past the A's for the one word to describe your work here--AWESOME!

Thank you Rog, I feel flattered...

Does this building serve any purpose apart from being a recital of Escher´s ( Rog, you were first ! )  stairs ?  Adam, the photos are impressive;  you, the SWC and Tri-X on the peak. Considering you did this in just half an hour... very good.  Testing other lenses might be rewarding, though I think the square is great here.

Blueskyoveraquatic, I´m following your photos for a while now and think that you have a special, personal style in framing, motifs and mood. Great. The tonal range you show seems  reduced. Is this intentional to invent a distance to reality ? As does @Ernest with his "caution zone stripes" ? Greyness as a reminder that this is not reality but a dream?

Wish I were there with you!

People were quite curious about my camera-the HB. Your Linhof 617 surely would have stirred a turmoil..😂 Yes, I´m just wondering what pictures you and your approach would have yielded--probably just wonderful street photography and breathtaking panoramas.

I've noticed this too the last few days. Very frustrating.

The forum pages are jumping around and it's very annoying. As far as I understand it has something to do with the variable size of banner adverts, causing the pages to move up and down as a result.

Annoying to say the least.

It could also be embedded photos from other sites, like Flickr. These can take a while to load and then expand when they do. I'm afraid I may be contributing to the jumpiness!

Great shot, Congratulations! - Do Yo believe this is the regular rendition of the PORTRA 400, just asking because to me it seems near perfect.
