Wow, Rog, the colors on that blistered paint alone are incredible! After Hanapepe Hot Rod's incredible interplanetary stargate sequence contained such Diabolical Dante-esque delights we find flagrantly faustian film fag-ends bookending blistered buggies. It's getting downright apocalyptic here in I Like Film land! Red for danger indeed!

And . . . the Academy award for Alliteration goes to . . . .  Yes, I love it when you shift into apocalyptic alliteration and accelerate through Doug Trumbull's stargate with "Dante-esque delights" to "find flagrantly Faustian film fag-ends bookending blistered buggies." Leave it to you to originate a new verb, to bookend, which shall, henceforth, be dutifully added to the lexicon for all photographers who task their booksy brains with diptychs. Blistered buggies! So Mad Max. Perhaps your son, Alex, has the numbers of talent to put the band together to make your lyrics hit the charts.

Cheers,
Rog

The sculpural power of the construction is renderd very impressively. Only the tree reminds me that this actually a building with a practical purpose and not a piece in an exhibition.

As promised! The two sweetest Easter Bunnies of this years Easter Parade at 5th Avenue. Btw, I'm happy to have pushed the button that fast, as in the next moment the left bunny fired a rude gesture back at me...

excellent, James.  The one regret that I have for leaving the City during the Passover holiday is missing the Easter Parade.  It is a wonderland for people photography.

Everybody does this shot and so did I. My take on the Manhattan Bridge from DUMBO / Brooklyn. Developed this roll of Tri-X yesterday in Rodinal 1+50 and am quite pleased by the results. What do you think?

Very nice, James.  I am so glad that you found your way to all of the good sites.
