For the first time in quite a while I used my 135mm APO-Telyt-M this week.  M7, Acros100, Rodinal.

Beautiful, Keith!

Hopefully, we will continue posting our pictures in this forum!

Anyway, I decided to post film photographs without any info regarding the film. First, most of my films have been developed---even scanned, occasionally---in labs under settings I do not know about. Second, many of the images and scans are too old either to carry info about the film type etc. or for me to recall their type by heart. Sorry, folks!

Paul

Looking back through some pictures I found this one. I think it is (for me at least) a really good illustration of what Henry calls that "softness" of film (it's probably actually better described in French - "douceur"), the way the people and the buildings in the background kind of trail off softly:

Staten Island Ferry 2016

M6TTL, 28mm Elmarit, Tri-X

Mais oui. The roll-off in the highlights is certainly a strength of film (not slide film, though ...).

Hello all, sorry for the radio silence, I've been skiing. Films handed in today for development so we'll see in a few days if I have anything interesting to post.

Meanwhile here's a dense slide from London
