I really like the photo, Ray, and your story reminds me of this: https://genius.com/Van-morrison-and-it-stoned-me-lyrics

Thanks, Phill.  I really appreciate the reference and link. We were a couple of year's too young for the Crown when we rode our bikes, but when we were able to drive we'd stop and get a six-pack or two.  By then we added a church key (can opener) to our tackle box of essential fishing gear.  😀

Wow, which era was this taken, Wayne?  Pre-WW II?  Amazing

I am pretty sure it was late 50s, early 60s

Maybe it is just my imagination but your photos with the SWC look so damned three dimensional. You look at this photo and you believe that you can jump into the scene.

+1!

What a great image and a massive find you have. Definitely looks covert photography being shot through what appears to be a window. East German???

Great shot Marc! Shadows, lights, fog, clouds... a perfect scenario for b/w!

For the first time in quite a while I used my 135mm APO-Telyt-M this week.  M7, Acros100, Rodinal.

Very nice picture Keith .... one of the best may be the best 135 M lens of Leica

I like this lens for shooting poppies

Absolutely fantastic result, lovely image I must say.

Can I ask how easy or difficult it is to focus the 135 on the M7 - is it the 0.72, or other?

Thank you :)  It is the 0.72, Steve. I use it without problems on my M7 and M240 (would be mission-impossible on my MP ALC - that one has the 0.58!).
