Hi Christoph - I really appreciate the time you took to provide this feedback.  Fair point about the feet, although I honestly didn't really give it much thought until you mentioned it.  I can see how it can be bothersome.  I had there SWC off of the tripod and was sitting and laying back just a couple feet away from these people and pointing the camera up to try to get as much as I could.  Oh well.  But I did get their feet in this exposure, but I don't think it is a winner...

This is really nice, Gary.  It has  majestic feel to it

Adam I like much this picture because the little boy is cute , while you see his parents are practically in full meditation

A real contrast between careless youth and too serious people ....

Best

Henry

Doc

I have a bunch of new film that I am going to be using in India, Fujiki 100 Neopan and Eklar 100.........I want to keep the same ISO I also have 400 ISO for shooting at night. All 120.

The M6 is nice but I just find that the 120 MF is sos os much nicer

And that mannerism of the shutter is to die for :)

Very cool.

Maybe you used that rare Hasselblad accessory, the:

Remote cable release, winder and backpack 70507

For manual shutter release at longer distances. Cable length: 100 m (approx. 328').

Useful optional accessory, cable trolley no. 80208.

Seeing Eoin's selfie, I decided to post one of my own, from a year or three back, OK, more than three.

How I accomplished this, I can't remember, possibly my dear wife tripped the shutter, as the camera didn't really have a self-timer.

Me, when I had hair, at a place called Harwood's Hole  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harwood_Hole

To paraphrase St Ansel, there's nothing better than a fuzzy photograph of a sharp concept. This is a nice portrait Chris.

Pity about the focus, but it's a bit harder to be precise with a prism on the Rolleiflex.

This one is very nice Max.

Hey Guys, finally found some time so scan and upload a few images.

Shot with a Contax T2.( which i don't own anymore  :( )and Portra 400 probably overexposed by 1/3 or 2/3 stops. Taken this Summer.

A little snow, taken while I was hunting, years ago.

Awesome, Gary.  As you say, "top shot" :)

Adam,

Another picture adding another angle on the theme. I do like the symmetry, and - at least for me - the picture gains withe the inclusion of the feet, though the expression and gesture of the child is better in the earlier version. Also, cropping this latest picture by removing the top part until it is square improves the composition dramatically - IMHO.

Thanks again, Christoph.  On this one the suspended is important to the story and need to stay, at least as it relates to my interpretation and the interpretation of anyone who has been to the visit on a scorching hot summer afternoon.  This bush is the only such form of share on the entire long and massive wall.  A spot under the bush is coveted by nearly everyone as it provides some mitigating shade and thus allows for a longer meditation and more focused prayer.  I perhaps could adjust the shadow levels to demonstrate the shadow under whiteout provides shelter...  But to me this is part of the image and should  not be cut out, especially given the "eh" interest value of the boy in this one...  Just my two cents...

Here is a close up of the massive limestones of the Western Wall in Jerusalem  Probably will not be appreciated by anyone in this low resolution size, so I uploaded a full resolution version on my flickr page (link below) in which the impressive sharpness of the Zeiss lens and Portra 160 can be viewed.

What I like about it are the nice earth tones of the portra 160, the symmetry of the stones and the numerous soulful letters and notes that are jam packed in the cracks in between the stones.

A few more from Dubrovnik of varying levels of bizarreness. The last one included just to show what a nice, fine-grained and sharp film Agfavista 200 is. All shot at EI100 with the 90 Elmarit-M.

Impressive, indeed, Philip. But then again so is your scanning workflow, so not really sure what to attribute to the film!! :)
