A miller Posted April 11, 2018 Share #49482 Posted April 11, 2018 BEAUTIFUL, Gary. Love the perspective. SWC Tri-X R09 @ 1:50 Epson 4870 Gary Ha, ha, thanks Edward That is a masterpiece of the selfie art, Adam Thanks for haring these, Alistair. They seem to have a consistent blue cast in them. Just wondering whether you have picked up on this and whether perhaps there is an issue with you scanning white balance? And one more from the same roll... why the heck not? 2018-04-11-0006.jpg Wow, Edward, these colors keep getting better and better. The first one in particular is really great. And that is one sharp lens. M7 ZM 50/2 Portra 160 by edward karaa, on Flickr Breathtaking view, Howard! edwardkaraa Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49486 Posted April 12, 2018 Your series on Bangkok are just getting better and better, Edward. Keep them coming, please. Where is this one shot? I like the old Bambina. Thank you Eoin! It’s a famous car for local photographers actually. There is a junkyard area between Rivercity and Chinatown and I actually wanted to take a few shots of the car but these guys beat me to it.
edwardkaraa Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49487 Posted April 12, 2018 Advertisement (gone after registration) I like them too, but the groom doesn't seem to. Agreed, this latest series is great. Gary Thank you Gary I think they are both professional models and I would have gladly played the groom role without complaints
edwardkaraa Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49488 Posted April 12, 2018 Some Portra 160 for Edward, only pushed a stop. IIIg, 28 summaron I didn’t care for Portra 160 in the beginning but I’m starting to really appreciate its color palette. The red and yellow hat is popping out so nicely from the dark background. Awesome shot, Adam

stray cat Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49490 Posted April 12, 2018 Our life at the moment seems to revolve around the renovations going on at the back of the house. So that has been where my photography has been directed: Both Leica M2, Canon ltm 50mm f1.4, Ilford XP2 Super (home processed)

edwardkaraa Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49493 Posted April 12, 2018 (edited) Wow, Edward, these colors keep getting better and better. The first one in particular is really great. And that is one sharp lens. Thanks a lot, Adam. The 50 Planar is definitely a sharp lens, though the Zeiss classic lenses have some kind of organic sharpness that really works well with shapes and forms but not too sharp on the high frequency details. Perfect for film. Edited April 12, 2018 by edwardkaraa

edwardkaraa Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49496 Posted April 12, 2018 (edited) Too much camera movement blur in this one as the shutter was very low, but I like the colors. philipus Posted April 12, 2018 Share #49499 Posted April 12, 2018 I was in Germany over Easter and went for a walk through a forest that was badly affected by a massive storm not long ago. I don't think I've ever seen so many fallen trees, like a giant game of Mikado. I shot a roll of Rollei Retro 80S, which I souped in Diafine. Since I had the 55 Micro on the camera I focused more on the smaller things rather than the enormous sticks lying about everywhere, though the first one below shows some of the mess.
