I currently listen Vinyl disc of classical music (Te Deum of Berlioz by Colin Davis)

with tubes amplifier , It's sublime . Why people abandon vinyl to listen CD ?

Film and Vinyl same fight !

My new investment: Vinyl disc player with tubes amplifier and wonderful wooden loudspeakers. Listening ABBA, phenomenal sound.

Some more Cinestill shots. IMHO not nearly as good as the last one I posted yesterday, but I am happy with the results nonetheless:

These are also lovely, James.  I just pre-ordered 3 rolls o the Cinestill 50D in 120 format.  Let's hope for the best on the schmootz-free front... :)

Adam,

On a recent excursion to some graffiti event I used up my stock of Cinestill 50D. 2 rolls of film had been lingering in my photo bag for a while, maybe 1 year, maybe 2, and it seems that it is not a very patient film... I console myself that I achieved "lomographic" effects of which even the lomographers out there can only dream... So if you get the stuff, either freeze it until you use it or use it right away :)

I like it, James. The pinkish sky is pleasant and I like the three blues, bike, window and balcony.

Excellent Adam. It took me severeal looks to realise what it is :) (btw Life is a good movie, the reviews notwithstanding, and directed by a Swede no less, we're everywhere, mouahahahaaha).

This is me pimping my Minolta TC-1 and taunting Mark Penny (and his Contax T3) and Steve Walton (with his Yasheeka something or other...).

Tri-X, NYC

Those XX tones are delightful. I particularly like the first one, Steve.

A bit of San Francisco ..... Eastman XX b&w 40mm summicron Leica MA

Very cool results, Christoph. Who needs insta-filters? I read somewhere the best before on Cinestill is very short but even so this effect is pretty extreme.
