From a size and weight standpoint, maybe the perfect ultra-fast 50 for LTM fans.

Love this one, Rog.  Not just b/c I grew up in Texas but because who is named "Dottie" these days! :)

I've been catching up on rescanning and reprocessing some older images, and I've especially found how it is eminently possible to go to town with Ektar (OK Adam, control yourself!). I've actually toned this one down a fair bit:

Taos, New Mexico 2009

Leica R8, 50mm Summicron, Ektar 100

Wow, this is really stunning, Phil.  This looks so much like Velvia 50 with its punchy vibrance.  Is it an older formula of Ektar?

People on the action qualify the first picture best, I think. Liked it.

First result (there will be more!) from a roll of Portrait 400 & GW690II taken during our recent snowy event.  Local runners braving the conditions on the canal towpath.

American convenience stores / markets always fascinate me! Next time I'm in USA I'll have to have a dedicated camera! 😀

Great subject matter for a creative eye like yours.  In the DVD William Eggleston in the Real World directed by Michael  Almeyreda,  we see Eggleston with his Mamiya Press Super 23 working display window storefronts and convenience store restaurants for his signature brand of color.  It is interesting to see him using 35mm to “take notes“ before moving to the MF.  Good luck with your project.

 Cheers, Rog 🎬

What a wonderful pair (um eh :D ) when seen together. So much to like with each one. The brilliant saturated clarity of Phil's, the muted colours and grain of Wayne's and the careful composition of both. Just great. I'd really like to see Rog's abstract take on these scenes.

Continuing our museum walk, we now take a right into abstract alley. Two for Rog.
