If it was your intention  to evoke the feeling of the end of time: success !  Great photo but a little bit depressing. But as we hear from different sides: there will be another spring...

Painting with the light... that's what it´s all about. Phantastic.

I have decided, after several days of scanning, that this is ridiculous and I will not be returning to the land of chemicals.

Instead of a 4x5 I will research other ways to slow down but within digital.

we need people to keep buying film so we don’t want you to give up so quick!

sometimes I do scanning whilst doing some other stuff (updating my accounts, etc.) in parallel and sure enough, I end up struggling to keep up with the scanner!

It's the eye that draw me in, peaceful, I thought.

I lingered over this photo loosing myself in the details and quite happy not knowing what is on the other side.

Having admitted to regretting the passing of autumn must say there is a beauty in the winter and this photo defines that loveliness superbly.

Difficult shot, yet beautifully captured and developed!

I am going to put up a couple more examples of cold C41 processing: 1 minute constant agitation followed by 1 hour stand, BLIX for 40 minutes with one inversion every 10 minutes.

Zeiss Super Ikonta IV, Fuji Pro400H at 200 ISO, Zeiss 3.5 Tessar

Again, this is old chemistry and I am using it for this experimentation, rather than disposing of it. had some minor spacing problems with the camera. All previous rolls have been spaced perfectly, I think it may have something to do with this particular roll of film, or, with my loading.

Best,

Wayne
