Nice photograph. Excellent. Are they using different processing at the lab? For some reason, this one appears, to me, more like the Agfa Vista 400/200 than the Portra. I really like the Agfa Vista films.........Still mourning their passing. :)

Really like these street photos, Adam. That Portra 400 has such a different look to the 160, which I have used a lot. Of course, the old lenses I use will tend to mute down any color film but I may have to give the 400 a try.

This is such a challenging thread to keep up with! Such great work constantly posted - such a testament to the beauty of film and the various approaches people have to their use of it.

Here's one I've recently reprocessed:

Bodrum, Turkey 1987

Canon A1, FD 135mm f2.5 SC, Kodachrome 64

Wow! More than a little awesome! Composition, warm and cool light, and the flag + life jackets. K64 lives!

Cheers,
Rog

Thank you so much Rog! I must admit, since reading Interaction of Color I've developed a newfound appreciation of the way colors interact with each other and, going through old work, sometimes things really smack me right in the face that I'd maybe not have been so aware of before. And speaking of the great man, I think Albers would have called upon you to illustrate the next installment of his seminal work - your ~tyches amount to a perfect illustration of what happens to color when it is juxtaposed with others - complementary, opposing and all things in between. Considering your source material is things like walls and astro turf, I think he'd be more than excitedly enthusiastic.
