Leica IIIF + Leica Summitar 5cm F2 LTM + LOMO 800

Night / Available light...F2.0 @ 1/100th

Essentially an experiment to see what i could achieve at night in low light..i set the lens to f2.0, and body to 1/100th and fired away.. some shots came out quite nice..in fact as far as light goes all are nice..just a few with focusing issues mainly due to the prostitutes all around me wondering what the hell im doing with a film camera.

Linhof Technorama 617s iii (with lens shift adapter allowing for a rise and fall, which i used to get more foreground which enabled me to capture the reflections.

Aperture was between f16 and f22 (f5.6 is the smallest on the 90mm Super Angulon)

i used the X1 scanner

No push or pull, i got the extra contrast and tonal range from the No 16 orange filter.

Best, Adam

Thanks for the info. But .......... 6 Minutes ........!?! ND Filter?

No ND filter.  I learned long ago that there is no point in compounding long exposure time on top of long exposure time.  Keep in mind that I used a center filter, which brought the effective ISO from 100 to 32.  Given the low light (it was pre-sunrise) the actual exposure time was 2 minutes.  But then you need to add 4 minutes for the reciprocity failure of the Ektar.

I am very unapologetically becoming a "one trick pony" with my pano format.  😂  There are just so many vantage points that have been building up and now I finally have a way to capture them.   I love how Ektar handles the blue gases in the atmosphere on a cloudy morning.
