fotografr Posted June 1, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 1, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) My wife and I were having dinner at the home of some friends when these visitors wandered into their back yard. We had to take a short break from dinner while I ran out to get a few shots in the great evening light. They seemed to be used to people because I was able to get very close before they headed the other direction. M8/50 Welcome, dear visitor! Hank Taylor Posted June 1, 2013 Share #6 Posted June 1, 2013 Brent amassing and amusing shots. I use to hunt wild turkeys back in VA., and I must tell you, very unusual to see them come so close . My guess, there are pets. Nice work. Hank

Hank Hank--They are actually wild, but they are quite used to humans now. They have inhabited several large wooded areas within the city limits where they are same from hunters and there is abundant food (much of it from bird feeders).
