29 year old Quarter Horse. He's old and getting gray but has a home forever with me.

Heck, I'm old and gray myself.

Bill, nice composition, and silhouette shadow. As we were hiking in Bear Swamp yesterday, a couple was riding some Paso Finos. It was interesting watching those gaited horses move away and come back with their riders in absolute motionless comfort and the horses moving with such a fast ground covering gait. We had Thouroughbreds and Apps for years and years. Give Bud a pat and carrot for us.

Thanks everyone.

Old Bud is a fine old horse. I've owned him for over 20 years. Never a smooth ride but fast and agile. He's bucked me off more times than I can count. He's retired now so he has the easy life. When he feels his oats, he can still jump up and buck out with all four legs.

Green pastures and the barn door is always open so he can enter whenever he pleases.
