Never really heard anyone in the industry ever say AC current... But electrical engineering is full of dodgy things. Like for example most of the time AC/DC is conceptually referring to voltage not current! Then there's the whole screw-up about "current" flowing from positive to negative, not to mention "imaginary" that can be measured. The list goes on! While people here are working out how to obtain an M Typ 240 and an APO 50, I've had them both for months.  I do not know the circumstances of this theft but am pleased someone who may be responsible has been arrested. Â Burglarized is a popular word here in the US with news organizations. We don't speak the kings English here, actually, in a few more years we may not speak any English! "Burgled" is the past participle of the infinitive "to burgle" but there is no parallel infinitive 'to vandal' so "vandled" does not exist.
