parkview112 Posted May 15, 2013 Share #1  Posted May 15, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Leica iiif, Hektor 135mm f4.5 with Bellows I and Visoflex, Kodak Tri-X 400  This was my first try at macrophotography. I had to shoot about a dozen frames to get this one. It was a little windy and it was all new to me but it was fun. I didn't expect the bee but am not complaining. Welcome, dear visitor! Karl G Posted May 15, 2013 Share #2 Â Posted May 15, 2013 Lovely capture and the bee adds lots of context and interest. Macro is tough when the wind is blowing at all.

Orient XI Posted May 16, 2013 Share #5 Â Posted May 16, 2013 Well done! I've come to regard macro nature-photographs as strictly for digital as the failure rate is so high. You did well to capture this in so few frames.
