Advertisement Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Hi stuny, Take a look here A commissioned work-in-progress - 2 versions. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pauledell Posted May 7, 2013 Share #2 Posted May 7, 2013 Stuart, A nice set but I prefer the color version. The red on the dog's collar seem to be eye-catching as well as the background to a lesser degree. Paul

thompsonkirk Posted May 8, 2013 Share #4 Posted May 8, 2013 Agree with Paul – the lower part of the image doesn't contribute as much to the BW version.
Doc Henry Posted May 8, 2013 Share #5 Posted May 8, 2013 Stuart, I like both but especially the black and white would be better with a little contrast in my opinion Thank you for showing Regards Henry

FrancoisF Posted May 8, 2013 Share #7 Posted May 8, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Stuart, I prefer the color version. My eyes started from the dog painting with the red in its collar, then to the red color in the palette, then to the green paper basket, then to the back of the chair (black and grey as the dog), finally to the small picture of the dog, on the left. The perfect circle! Regards. Francois
Karl G Posted May 8, 2013 Share #8 Posted May 8, 2013 Stuart, looks like you are doing a painting in progress series?
