Karl G Posted May 6, 2013 Share #7 Posted May 6, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Very nice Bill. Way back in the day, as a friend's request, we bread one of our 16 + hand TB bay mares to throw a mule. The beautiful result won our friend a significant number of firsts on the circuit in many disparate events.

When my old QH dies I'm thinking of getting a mule to keep my Arabian company. You gotta love mules. Glad you enjoyed the image.
platypus Posted May 7, 2013 Share #9 Posted May 7, 2013 Love this shot. I have always wanted a mule of my own. Guess that wont happen now, maybe next time around.
Northwest Wanderer Posted May 7, 2013 Author Share #10 Posted May 7, 2013 Dee, I've always liked mules myself. They are an interesting animal. Back country pack trips are popular in my region and mules are used more than horses as they are so sure footed.
