I have an M3 which, at the lens's infinity stop, leaves the RF patch image a bit to the right of the VF image. (The vertical is off too but only by a very tiny amount. I'll live with it.) I've got good instructions on adjusting this but need a GOOD right angle screwdriver or such tool. Don't care to grind something down. Can anybody direct me to a supplier for a proper tool? Leica itself maybe?

 

Also interested in any special tool(s) needed to adjust the 1 meter adjustment cam screw.

Well, you can stop the presses. A narrow (3-4mm), thin, 100mm long screwdriver I use to adjust my bike's derailleurs gets to that screw just fine, has more than enough bite and torque to turn the slot and doesn't chew anything up.

You only need special tools for the later ones, although I have done my m6 with a 'reshaped' normal screwdriver.
