pop Posted April 1, 2013 Share #2 Posted April 1, 2013 "3D pop" sounds a bit like me. Do you have any details on how the focus setting of one lens is transferred to the other one? I take it that the camera takes two half frames in portrait orientation? Ca we presume that the first deliveries will take place one year from now? george + Posted April 1, 2013 Share #4 Posted April 1, 2013 Seems to have saved on size but did not take advantage of possibly larger metering base. Oh well . . . . By the way did you get the news about Leica being sold?

Stealth3kpl Posted April 1, 2013 Share #6 Posted April 1, 2013 I like the way Leica implemented the interlocking focus dial cogs so that you only need one focus tab to focus both lenses simultaneously. Ingenious. Pete
3D-Kraft.com Posted April 1, 2013 Author Share #7 Posted April 1, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Do you have any details on how the focus setting of one lens is transferred to the other one? At the moment you have to adjust both of them seperately but for some lens pairs they will provide a rubber band that transmits setting. EVF can be swithed between both sensors but the final version will provide an option to attach two EVFs. The mounts are too close together. Yes, at the moment it can not take two Noctiluxes. I asked them to think about a version with adjustable stereo basis.

gabriel Posted April 1, 2013 Share #10 Posted April 1, 2013 I have heard that it will be produced in the Binocular Department of the new factory in Wetzlar, with a Monocular version at a higher price for photographers who have lost sight in one eye.
