Temperature sitting at -2º in the south of England today but with a strong north wind, feels like -10º - Brrrrrrr!

Spring is sprung,

De Grass is riz,

I wonder where de boidies is?

De boids is on de wing but dat's absoid,

'Cos we all knows de wings is on de boid.

Nice shot with the M.

We'll get that kind of weather back in late April or early May.

Whatever shrub or tree has blossoms before that is not native to the area.

Native plants know better...




Nearly every year, our magnolia and camellia blossoms seem to get frosted. I would have thought that Camellias being a northern Indian and chinese mountain plant, would be frost resistant but it seems not.
