k-hawinkler Posted January 31, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted January 31, 2013 Paul, Stuart, Bill, Brent, Many thanks. Brent, It seems to change every few days, from pleasant to walk around in a shirt, to bitter cold, especially at night. This is the same yard about 2 weeks ago. Welcome, dear visitor! allamande Posted February 9, 2013 Share #8 Posted February 9, 2013 This is indeed a great contrast! The birds are a very good sign though. Soon it will be spring. Our mountains are all green, overnight -so it seems- from the recent rains. I saw two trees in the neighborhood in full bloom today. It was a shocking sight as the change occurred so fast. Gotta get out there with my camera soon. Ece
k-hawinkler Posted February 14, 2013 Author Share #9 Posted February 14, 2013 Dee, Ece, Thank you. We had more snowfall two nights ago. The snow evaporated in the valleys by now, but is still covering the mountains.
