LEICA SUMMILUX-M 1:1,4/35 mm ASPH

LEICA SUPER-ELMAR-M 1:3,4/21 mm ASPH

Sold six DSLR lenses (Nikon and Zeiss) to help fund the rangefinder kit.

Impressive lenses.

Don't you have at least an APS-C size camera with adapter so you can use your lenses while you wait for your M?

I kept my D800E and 24-120G/4. I am unaware of any adapters that would allow me to use M lenses on F Mounts.

David,

Thanks.

I also have a D800E as well, but it won't shoot M lenses, won't it?

That's why I also have a NEX-5N with EVF.

It handles WA lenses better than my NEX-7.

One can adapt lenses only to a camera with a shorter register distance and focus to infinity.

So, one can adapt a Nikkor lens to the M, but not an M lens to the Nikon F mount and reach infinity.

That is what I understood. I almost kept my ZF.2 100/2 to use with both setups, but I had to sell it to help fund the new 80-400G. I'll have a two lens DSLR kit, 3 lens M kit and the RX100. That will cover all the bases in need.
