Advertisement Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Hi Patek Calatrava, Take a look here Empire State Building and Macy's. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted December 21, 2012 Share #2 Posted December 21, 2012 Patek - A lovely shot which I think would be even stronger with a very slight rotation to the left, eliminating the tilt to the right.
pauledell Posted December 21, 2012 Share #3 Posted December 21, 2012 Patek, A fine picture with the lighting, contrast and sharpness. I agree with Stuart about the aligning. Welcome to the forum. Paul
Patek Calatrava Posted December 21, 2012 Author Share #4 Posted December 21, 2012 Thanks for the advice. I really appreciate it. I am going to go into Lightroom and see if I can figure out how to align the pic more vertically.
StS Posted December 22, 2012 Share #5 Posted December 22, 2012 Very well done. Just in case - the alignment can be done in the "crop & straighten" tile on the right. Either manually, by moving the slider or by clicking on the spirit level symbol. Architectural motifs have the advantage of typically offering lots of horizontal and vertical lines...
