For the life of me, I can't seem to find the edit button (if there is one) to edit my post. Is there one and where is it found? Thanks!

There are three red and rather wide buttons roughly one half of an inch below the text you have written, on the right hand side of the page.

 

They are labelled as "Thanks", "Edit" and "Quote", respectively, if you have the forum set to display the pages in English.

 

The buttons are visible only when you are logged in. It's possible that you have to scroll to the right if the page is wider than your display or if it does not start on the left hand side of your display.

 

The "Edit" button is shown for one our after writing the post only. After that, the function will not be available any more for that particular post.

Thanks Pop. I see it in my other posts but the photo area. It only has a quote button. Is that normal? I have some texts that I want changed a little. Thanks.

As I've said: the "Edit" button disappears after an hour. As far as I can see, your other posts are from yesterday or older.

 

If it's important to you, you may "report" the post and ask a moderator to change the text for you. Please be aware that we might not apply a change if it seems disruptive to the flow of the thread. You report a post by clicking on the just to the left of your post.

 

On the other hand, you can add another post to the thread and supply any additional text you wish.
