wheat and barley

Last weekend finally a late sun came out and so there was the opportunity for enjoying the warm summer fragrance of the fields.

Canon MKII plus Elmarit R 90mm, Extension Tube, Monopod. Light was very soft, almost a bit too low.

Feel the grain and I'll be glad if somebody might imagine how intense the fragrance was.

Thanks for looking.

This is a stunningly beautiful, captivating set. And I love the ending with the sweeping view. Great work with the elements!

Induna,

A marvelous produced series, going from close-up, then progressing back until your climax of the wonderful view of the field. Great composition, lovely colors and crisp sharpness. I like the lighting and colors of the field.

Ece,

many thanks for your detailed comment and I am happy the series caused these emotions.

Paul,

thank you for writing an inspirational comment. Indeed it required some thoughts how to frame these things. It seems as if this is an approach to better results than I did before. So, I appreciate your review very much.

Iduna -

A beautiful set. I think it would have been more efffective to start with one of the later images rather than the first one above.

Excellent photography, pure and simple. The sequence works well in either direction, IMO.

Larry,

thank you so much for your appreciative comment. "pure and simple" you are right about this and it is so difficult to approach.
