It is medical lab equipment for chlorimetric determination from the 1950ies.

There have been a few popping up on e-bay

I guess I could use one for my pool :D

 

Aren't there still fluorides in dutch water pipes for the health of children's teeth?;)

Don't know about The Netherlands but the water here in Scotland, which was reputed to be the best in the world, is dosed with fluoride.

 

Our water is now pretty horrible but that is because of other things not just fluoride.
