As a work around until you find one, you could do it by making the text in a graphics program (opaque background) and then add it to the image as a watermark when printing or exporting. Lightroom allows you to add text directly as a text watermark when printing or exporting so if you don't have this it may be worth getting the trial version if you only what to do this the once.
