pauledell Posted May 2, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted May 2, 2012 Marc, Â Excellent use of the sunlight on the cable, great colors and sharpness. The background with the shallow dof is very nicely handled. Â Paul
marc_dufour Posted May 2, 2012 Author Share #3 Â Posted May 2, 2012 Thanks for your comment, Paul. I never realized the inside of a simple trawler cable could be so complex. Simple things aren't so simple as they seem...

marc_dufour Posted May 3, 2012 Author Share #7 Â Posted May 3, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Andrew, Â Thank you so much, I'm glad you like it. It could be an animal head, or everything the human mind is able to see. It's just curious, but precisely yesterday in the morning, a friend of mines also "saw" something in a picture of this series ("Nets": http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/other/236829-port-nets.html)... She was seeing "dragon's teeth"... a funny case of pareidolia. Face to something strange, out of a normal range, the mind can't avoid to find some type of visual reference, even the most fantastic one. Thanks again.
