01af Posted April 24, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted April 24, 2012 Should I shoot 90/2 or 75/1.4? Yes, definitely!
likalar Posted April 24, 2012 Share #3 Â Posted April 24, 2012 Take which ever is sharper wide open. Or take whichever has totally perfect focus alignment wide open. If they both do, lucky you. I'll be looking forward to your photos. Â Larry
earleygallery Posted April 24, 2012 Share #4 Â Posted April 24, 2012 Neither. Why not just enjoy the performance?
kdriceman Posted April 25, 2012 Share #5 Â Posted April 25, 2012 IMO 8th row is still too far away for anything but the 90. I think you're gonna want the length more than the speed.
Rick Posted April 25, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted April 25, 2012 If, you have to bring a camera, bring the 90 just incase you spot Diana Krall off stage in the back. Otherwise, Elvis isn't all that photogenic.

IWC Doppel Posted April 30, 2012 Share #8  Posted April 30, 2012 I love Elive Costello, I can still remember repairing my mini cooper in the garage when John Peel played Blood & Chocolate at 10.00pm, I couldn't wait to get a copy  Do post some pictures, I hope you used the 75.... philipus Posted April 30, 2012 Share #9 Â Posted April 30, 2012 Um what camera? I've seen amazing detail on photos taken with the M9. That said, I've shot surfers at 100m+ with a 90/2.8 and an M6 and got very good results even when I cropped the images. Â Depends on what you'll use the photos for as well. Â Personally I'd go for a 1.4 for stage photo though.
