Ingrid.

A wonderful shot with the superb tones, framing and sharpness. I don't know if you would have a chance or the patience, but sometime try to get two swans close together and head to head both bowing toward the water and forming a heart shape. I took one like that in the last century and it came out very well.

I like this, it would have been nice to keep pushing the concept by re-framing, getting closer and getting just the right combo to texture and pure white of the swans.

Thanks for sharing

Beautiful image, intimate and relaxing, Ingrid.

Did you try with other options of framing? (remove part of the foreground, or even a square framing)

thanks Marc :)

yes i take before a small framing

square framing

Ingrid,

Usually I don't like the square format, too static for my taste... But there are some exceptions, and this is one.

Keeping the height of the picture, try to select a square framing, and move it from side to side, you'll see the picture offers very interesting options. Just a matter of taste :)

The picture is beautiful as it is.
