Omaroo Posted April 13, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted April 13, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi everyone. Just a selection of takes from my new (to me) M8 fitted with a Summicron-C 40mm for the day. My first foray into "street" photography. I didn't know if I'd enjoy it as much as I did. I'm heading out for more this weekend. What an absolute pleasure it is to snap people this way rather than lug around my full 5D Mark-II setup. I love these Leicas. Â "C'mon luv..." stuny Posted April 13, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted April 13, 2012 Chris - Â I like them all. In #1 what really adds to it working is the repetition of paired objects on the woman. Â Your Forum name - Does it refer to the NSW coastal area I recall passing through?

It's the name of my property in the Snowy Mountains area in southern New South Wales. Â Thanks too Timmy
stuny Posted April 13, 2012 Share #5 Â Posted April 13, 2012 Never made it to the Snowy Mtns on our 6 or 7 visits to Oa (though of course we've seen both of the movies). Next time.
likalar Posted April 13, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted April 13, 2012 I really enjoyed these simple street scenes. They have an "easy going" relaxed feel to them. You and your new camera make a very good pair. Â Larry
