likalar Posted April 12, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted April 12, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) M9, 90mm Elmarit M, Mission Bay project. Just kidding about the tint. I have no idea why the blue protection skin wasn't removed as the glass was installed. Different Union? Thanks for looking. Â Larry

euston Posted April 12, 2012 Share #3  Posted April 12, 2012 It makes for a very fine abstract. That piece of uncovered boarding gives it just the little lift it needs plus a touch of mystery. Nice job! Good lens that, isn’t it!

Gerhardt Isringhaus Posted April 12, 2012 Share #5 Â Posted April 12, 2012 A delightful graphic visual feast. It must be the window cleaners job to peel away the plastic.

mdt2 Posted April 15, 2012 Share #7 Â Posted April 15, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Excellent. Reminds me of my college graphics arts assignments using color construction paper to create scenes. Very nice.
Alexander Charles Posted April 24, 2012 Share #8 Â Posted April 24, 2012 By the way, the blue film is a vinyl sheet called 'NITTO' and not solar tinting. It is used to protect the glass and metal building surfaces during construction. This film is not unlike the film that is used to protect electronic products during shipping. It is peeled off the building after construction is complete. If the film is left on too long it begins to peel and starts to look unsightly as it does in this photograph. Great photo!
