leicamann Posted April 6, 2012 Share #1 Posted April 6, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Still from the scanning of Kodachrome 25, don't ask me how I was able to get this far, most of the scans failed, because the latitude/dynamic is too extreme in Kodachrome with these kind of pictures. Absolutely no USM used, the image is sharp out of the box. Thanks for looking Cheers, JRM

Iduna Posted April 6, 2012 Share #3 Posted April 6, 2012 JRM, this is superb, sheer poetry. I gives me some inspiration for our own trip to Holland-Amsterdam Flower-Paradise. This is a messenger from there, I guess. The level will be high for my X1. Keep on scanning, fabulous results will follow I suppose...

leicamann Posted April 8, 2012 Author Share #8 Posted April 8, 2012 Thank you everyone, my scanner has decided to take a vacation after so many slides. So its off to Toronto for a CLA and then it goes back to work again. Its been in constant use since 2004..so thats quite a bit of mileage. Cheers, JRM
