M8 tracking number

I know this was probably posted before, but who do I contact in Allendale, NJ to get a tracking # on an M8 that is coming back to be after the Solms fix? Do they email you the tracking # automatically or do you have to ask them for it?

After you send your M8 to Allendale, they should inspect it and, once they determine it's ready to be sent to Solms -- two days, in my case -- they mail you a statement with your work order number. If you have sent your M8 in and not received you statement, call them. They are overwhelmed, but ultimately helpful. Both the work order number and the serial number can be used to track the progress of your "upgrade." I found that the timing was: one week from arrival in NJ to it getting to Solms; one week for it to be worked on in Solms; and a maddening two weeks for it to return to the US, clear customs, get unpacked, and get sent to me. All in, just over 4 weeks door to door. Good luck.
