Jfelder2@nyc.rr.com Posted February 23, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted February 23, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) So on Repair Tracking today (2.23) I got the message: 24.02.200 Repair completed. Shipping in process. (Little bit of time travel there?) Â I live in NYC, USA. Any idea how long the shipping takes? Is there a way to track that too? Â Thanks! xrogers Posted February 23, 2007 Share #4  Posted February 23, 2007 Mine took 12 days from the "Shipping in Process" date (it could've been 9, but arrived on a Monday instead of Friday). I'd expect anywhere from 9-14 days.  Repair tracking covers the camera at Solms only. Once it arrives in NJ, you can call them and they can get you a tracking number for the two-day shipment to you.  Solms repair tracking is accessed at Leica Camera AG - Service - Repair Tracking  They claim to support only particular IE versions, but I used Safari with no trouble. Use your serial number to access your information. There will be no record of your serial number before the camera is checked into repair at Solms, and the record will disappear several days after the "Shipping in Process" status. The tracking application provides no error information---if your camera isn't in the system (repair not started or repair is finished) you get no feedback from the tracking web page, it may seem like it does nothing at all.  Until later,  Clyde Rogers
