SteveCook Posted February 18, 2007 Share #1  Posted February 18, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi  Sorry if this topics already been debated to death.  Got my M8 back from Solms and just wondered what the update consisted of, is it hardware and software? What faults is it supposed to have cured?  Getting some lovely shots with it, I was before the update so no direct comparison. Nice colours, but I've started selecting WB manually.  Not noticed any Magenta yet -does anyone know when the IR filters are due?  Thanks for your help  Steve Cook  (Still loving my M8, only now it's a case of absence makes the heart grow fonder after it's holiday in Germany) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then they updated the firmware, pass it through QA and sent the camera back to you. Once firmware 1.10 is released, the infrared/cyan issue should be much improved, if you have filters.
