..... looking through image files and realising that I actually was disappointed that some were shot on a 5D2, and not my M8. When I examine at the deep shadow detail, its quite obvious which image is from which camera but it came as a bit of a shock just much I prefer the look of the M8 files:eek:. Given that they are 8-bit and giving away a fair few MPixels, the M8's files produce exceedingly good images IMHO.

I loved my M8

 

At ISO 160 I prefered it to the 5D2

Above 320 I prefered the 5D2
