Washington Posted October 30, 2011 Share #1 Posted October 30, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) This car was really a Stanley…. but the Stanley twins sold their steamer business to Locomobile who produced them for a few yeas and sold the business back to the Stanley’s who produced steamers into the 20’s. Interesting that the Stanley’s made a fortune with a photographic dry plate process they invented….. and then made another fortune selling the process and equipment to George Eastman for mega-bucks.
