Alberti Posted October 30, 2011 Author Share #4 Posted October 30, 2011 Albert, I had to laugh when I seen this wonderful picture. An excellent presentation. Paul Thanks Paul, Yes the fence makes it sort of ridicolous, because the man is stepping out of the shadow . . into nowhere actually now. albert
Alberti Posted October 30, 2011 Author Share #5 Posted October 30, 2011 IN ? or OUT ? anyway a good one yes jc, The suspense indeed lies between us as viewers and the original photographer, and it is not sure whether we are in or out of that world, the accent comes so strong on the bodily aspect of this man. albert
Bobitybob Posted October 30, 2011 Share #6 Posted October 30, 2011 Well spotted. It took me a moment or two to see what was happening. IMHO, you would be hard pressed (and skilled) to Photoshop something this good!
Alberti Posted October 31, 2011 Author Share #7 Posted October 31, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Agree Bob, the gate is such a nice layer at exactly the right distance from the photo, and the color gives just that tinge of contrast, for the man to stand in between. It would even be impossible for me to Photoshop that! (I did saturate a bit in Capture One to emphasize the fence and I tweaked the blackpoint). albert
