I must have been in that building but oddly have no memory of it at all. It would have been close to 20 years ago, so I wonder if I might have gone to a different building. I was discussing a Bankers Blanket Bond (a form of bank insurance) with a board member and our local agent from St Croix, USVI.

It's their old historic headquarters in the Old City (near the Spanish forts and shoreline - and still an office). But their current main HQ is several miles away in the high-rise business district, Hato Rey. A modern office block. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popular,_Inc.

Wherever you took it from was the same place from which most TV & movies shots of it show it from. It almost looks like an aerial view.
