Looks like a building where a group of very important people had a big meeting quite recently?

Yes it certainly is, and not the most popular meeting with some of the protesters who assembled in front of it.

I thought the color would be a give away.

Michael – Yes, La Belle France.

War – Yes, the Abbey Church of Sainte Foy at Conques. I can find nothing about the nature of the relics, sorry.

War – thanks for the compliment re: the picture. XP2, 50mm Summicron on an M2, and a little/lot of luck. Lateral pass to you.

The Romanesqe Abbey of Saint Foy in Conques, France.

Perhaps someone knows about the relic.

The relics are those of St Foy a martyred woman. Apparently the monks, who lived there in around 800CE, felt very envious of other abbeys which had significant relics and they were missing out on the pilgrim tourist trade en route to Santiago de Compostela (and therefore more importantly, money). Having tried legitimate means for a while, to buy or borrow some relics, they ended up stealing St Foy from a nearby church.

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting for Wilson who had the complete answer.

Here is an easy one to get us moving again. This building, part of a group, is not generally referred to by name. It's address is required for this answer.

Well although it’s entrance is on East Delaware Place....that’s part of Mies’ “Esplanade” N Lake Shore Drive complex and is actually called “900 Lake Shore Drive” (without the N) on the building itself.

Sorry - forgot to mention that’s Chicago (for non-Miesians)

Could not have received a more accurate answer.  You must be a Mies aficionado. You're turn.
