Hi All,

 

I'm seeking RAW files you would be willing to provide of limited license use for download and examination for photographers to learn about Leica and RD-1 capabilities.

 

I am setting up a free bank of great files from all professional cameras so diferent bodies and lenses can be compared.

 

Also, with permission, selected images will be used for editing challenges for reposting to demonstrate the editing potential of different file as we have done previously here with all your generous contributions.

 

If someone wants other uses of your picture, then they will have to be licensed from you in the usual way.

 

I am making a particular effort to demonstrate, beyond the bounds of this community, the capabilities of the modern RF and the Leica DB. the larger the user base, the better things will be for everyone.

 

So I'd appreciate any help and guidance you might offer.

It is not necessary to join OPF to contribute. We just need great RAW files. The files will be provided for free.

We have started to recieve offers of files. So far we have Canon Pro 1 series, a few M8 M8 and Sinar. Please go through your stock and see if you can contribute a few files to this community effort.

 

Use iview or similar to embed your copyright and license contact info. All files still belong to you alone. You merely license files for personal examination and for reposting in a particular forum for discussion on OPF.

 

Let me know if you have any questions. Files should be sent by YouSendIt: The Leader in File Delivery. and also email to editor*opf*mac*com and replace * with the usual .

 

Remember to provide Name of file, subject and camera and lens details if not on the EXIF. Also give your website, if available and your real name for attibution!
