fotografr Posted February 8, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted February 8, 2007 You won't get any coupons. I was told by Customer Service in Solms that the 30% discount program is seperate and does not include any other incentives.
Bill W Posted February 8, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted February 8, 2007 I thought the free 6-bit upgrade came with the purchase of a new lens and not part of the purchase of the M8.
wparsonsgisnet Posted February 8, 2007 Share #5 Â Posted February 8, 2007 I received an order form for a new lens. As I understand it, the coding deal results from the lens purchase transaction.
grober Posted February 8, 2007 Share #6 Â Posted February 8, 2007 If you read the Leica promotion you'll see that one must purchase the Leica lens from an authorized Leica dealer. That's the trigger that moves the two "free coding" coupons to you. The 30% discount for one lens (to M8 buyers from last year) comes directly from Leica Germany and not through any dealer. Â It's all in the fine print, my friend. Â Gotta go; I'm having coffee with another M8 owner this morning! Â -g
